Large-Scale Restoration With Lasting Financial Returns.

Clearwater Mitigation has a proven track record in water resources consulting, regulatory experience, environmental site investigations, mitigation plan development, permitting, implementation, and monitoring.

What we do

How we do it

  • We develop and build stream, wetland, riparian buffers, and nutrient off-set restoration projects, which offset these impacts throughout the State of North Carolina. Our team can provide the land owner, permittees, and stakeholders successful implementation of these stream, wetland, and ecological mitigation projects.

  • We do this by providing turn-key services including, site identification, land acquisition, planning and assessment, design, permitting, construction management, performance monitoring, ad financial planning.

Why Stream & Wetland Restoration?

Whether it’s the North Carolina Division of Transportation (NCDOT) building a new road across a stream or a developer needing to fill in a swamp for building infrastructure, they are required through permitting processes to mitigate for these stream, wetland, and environmental impacts in the same watershed in which these impacts took place.

Clearwater Mitigation develops and builds stream and wetland restoration projects, which produce stream and wetland credits to offset these impacts.

Clearwater Mitigation has experience in 404/401 permitting and knows how critical satisfying mitigation requirements in a timely manner can be to the permitting process with the regulatory agencies.

What Our Customers Are Saying…

We have worked with Kevin on two separate projects on our cattle farms, and we wouldn't even consider partnering with any other company at this point.
Chris & Curt Redding
Kevin has always stuck to his word. He was at our property until 8:30 one night after the contractor had left to make sure our cattle had water the following day.
Barry Spencer
I've worked with Kevin for about eight years, and I call him a friend. He is responsive and always has the land owner's best interest in mind, which says a lot.
